Chartered Physiotherapist, Health Professions Council Registered
WHY CHOOSE A CHARTERED PHYSIOTHERAPIST?
A Chartered Physiotherapist treats injury and dysfunction by correcting and improving the natural healing mechanisms of the body. Chartered Physiotherapist is a recognised professional qualification, and confers eligibility for registration with the Health Professions Council. This is a requirement to practise in the NHS and in most areas of the private sector.
MY PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
I have been practising as a Chartered Physiotherapist since qualifying from Guy’s Hospital, London in 1981. As well as working in private practice, I have experience in various environments within the NHS. Before training as a Physiotherapist I studied classical ballet and yoga. I have continuing experience and interest in dance and movement systems, such as yoga, tai chi, Pilates body conditioning, the gyrotonic expansion system, and Feldenkrais Method.
