I have experience in the assessment, treatment and management of a wide range of conditions, including those listed below. I also teach individualy tailored exercise classes.

e.g. neck or back pain, sciatica, spondylosis, spondylolisthesis, muscle imbalance, occupational health problems/rehabilitation.
e.g. BPPV and vestibular rehabilitation following labyrinthitis, Meniere’s Disease, post viral fatigue
This is often related to neck and jaw dysfunction and sometimes causes vestibular problems.
e.g. sprains, haematoma, ‘tennis/golfer’s elbow’, RSI (repetitive strain injury), RSD (reflex sympathetic dystrophy), occupational health injuries.
e.g. arthritis, joint pain and stiffness, rehabilitation programmes following dislocations/fractures .
e.g. rehabilitation following CVA (stroke), M.S., facial palsy, dizziness (see above).
Can often be helped with postural and breathing correction, exercise therapy,
relaxation techniques, acupuncture. An individually tailored exercise “class” can be very beneficial for those in sedentary employment (see below).
e.g. male and female stress/urge incontinence, post natal and post hysterectomy problems, sacro-iliac dysfunction and symphysis pubis dysfunction (SPD), post prostatectomy incontinence, the broad spectrum of women’s health
i.e. ongoing stiffness and pain following surgical procedures such as; mastectomy, abdominal surgery, spinal surgery. Returning to full function and health.
Individual “tailored” exercise class for general fitness and “well being”.
